raspberry chocolate chip cookies

I used bittersweet chocolate chips the first time I made these, semi-sweet the second and milk chocolate the third. Each was a yummy choice.

Ingredients For raspberry chocolate chip cookies

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 can
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1(5.1 oz) pkg
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    fresg raspberries, halved

How To Make raspberry chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

    Cream together the butter and the sugars.
  • 3
    Add the pudding and mix until well blended.
  • 4
    Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • 5
    Add the flour and baking soda, continue mixing.
  • 6
    Stir in the chocolate chips and then gently fold in the raspberries.

    Place golf ball size balls on cookie sheets. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets.
