A few years back, a friend of my cousin, hosted a "scone lesson" day for the girls. They had fun experimenting with different kinds of sweet and savory scones. My cousin was so thrilled with the recipe that she shared it with the rest of the family! Scones are easy and fantastic! You will find that they even put the "hockey pucks" they sell in stores and chain cafes to shame!! I've added suggested mix-ins, but it is not limited to the suggestions... let your imagination run with you on this one! There are so many variations that you can make and all would be delicious!!
