2 1/4 call purpose flour

1/2 cbutter, softened (1 stick)

3/4 cpacked brown sugar

1egg white

2 cdark or milk chocolate covered raisins

1 cpecans, chopped (or any nuts of your choice) optional

1/3 cshredded coconut (optional)
How To Make raisinets cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.

2Beat butter, sugars and vanilla extract using a mixer until creamy.

3Add eggs to the butter mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Gradually beat in flour mixture.

5Fold in chocolate covered raisins, nuts and shredded coconut.

6Drop by rounded spoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

7Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
