These are wonderful and I make them for Easter and for Christmas. They are very rich so I cut them into small cookies

Ingredients For rainbow bars

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 2
    6 oz package of butterscotch morsels
  • 1 pkg
    rainbow marshmallows
  • 3/4 c
    coconut
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make rainbow bars

  • 1
    Melt butter, peanut butter and morsels.
  • 2
    Cool slightly
  • 3
    Mix in marshmallows, coconut and peanuts
  • 4
    Spray a 9x13 dish.
  • 5
    Put mixture into dish and pat down with a fork.

    Cool completely in frig. Cut into squares.
