Ingredients For quick cookies

  • 1 pkg
    butter pecan cake mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    cooking oil (i use canola)
  • golden raisins,optional, chopped nuts,optional

How To Make quick cookies

  • 1
    Beat the two eggs, add oil and dump into cake mix; mix well. Add golden raisins, and nuts,If desired.

    Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet, bake at 350* for 10-12 min. Makes about 20 cookies
