Ingredients For pumpkin oatmeal cookies

  • 17 1/2 oz
    oatmeal cookie mix
  • 1/2 c
    canned pure solid pumpkin(libby's)
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make pumpkin oatmeal cookies

    Heat oven to 375^. Combine cookie mix, pumpkin, oil, and egg in a large bowl. Stir in nuts and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and soft in centers. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool. Store in covered container.
