pumpkin chocolate chip cookies
A friend of mine used to bring these soft, delicious cookies to work occasionally! It took about 12 years to finally get the recipe! I usually add extra chocolate chips and walnuts to suit my taste. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

3/4 ccooking oil

2 lgeggs

1/1/2 cpumpkin, canned or cooked

1 tspvanilla extract

3/3/4 call purpose flour

2 csugar
-
1/1/2 tspbaking powder

1/1/2 tspbaking soda

3/4 tspsalt
-
1/1/2 tspcinnamon

1/1/2 tspnutmeg

3/4 cchopped walnuts
-
6 ozdark chocolate chips
How To Make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Mix oil, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla in large bowl.

3Mix all dry ingredients except nuts and chocolate chips in a separate bowl.

4Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients mixing well. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips'

5Spoon tablespoon sized dough onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Cook for 13 to 15 minutes until cookies are lightly browned. Cool in pan 5 Minutes and remove to cooling racks.
