2 call purpose flour

1 cbutterscotch chips

1 tspbaking soda

3fourths cbutter or margarine softened at room temp.

2thirds csugar
-
2thirds cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1egg
-
1half ccooked ,mashed or pumpkin puree

1 cquick cooking oats
-
1 cwhite chocolate pieces

2 thirds cchopped pecans
How To Make pumpkin chippers

1Preheat oven to 350deg. ine cookie sheet with alumin foil. Combine the flour and butterscotch chips and process in food processor (fitted with steel blade) until chips are fine as flour.Pour into a large bowl. Add baking soda, butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and pumpkin. Beat until well mixed. Stir in the oats, white chocklet, and pecans. Drop by teaspoons onto foil lined cookie sheet, about 2 inche apart. Bake 12 -14 minutes until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack. Store in air tight container.
