I've had this recipe for many years, and they've always been a big hit. These bars are easy to make and are a delicious alternative to pumpkin pie, especially after a big holiday meal.

Ingredients For pumpkin cheesecake bars

1 can16 oz pound cake mix

3eggs
-
4 tsppumpkin pie spce

2 Tbspmargarine, melted

1 pkg8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 can14 oz eagle brand milk
-
1 can16 oz pumpkin (2 cups)

1/2 tspsalt

1 cchopped nuts
How To Make pumpkin cheesecake bars

1Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, one egg, margarine and two teaspoons spice until crumbly.

2Press onto 15" X 10" jellyroll pan and set aside.

3In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then two eggs, pumpkin, two teaspoons spice, and salt. Mix well. Pour over crust. Sprinkle nuts on top.

4Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Chill. Cut into any size bars. Store in refrigerator.
