Ingredients For pudding chip cookies

  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    (2 sticks) butter
  • 1 pkg
    (12 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 1 box
    (4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    eggs
  • nuts if desired

How To Make pudding chip cookies

    In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs and pudding. Beat until smooth. Add flour and baking soda, then stir in chips and nuts (1/2 cup).

    Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

    Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
