Ingredients For potato chip cookies

  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    margarine-at room temp
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 2 c
    crushed potato chips
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make potato chip cookies

  • 1
    Cream sugars and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in potato chips, oats and nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheets and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
