I got this recipe from recipegoldmine.com and i though,hows does this work? this recipe looked kinda funny. I tried and to my surprize,it works! So don't be fooled by the ingredients. They are very pretty and taste good too! You must make sure they are just lightly browned, also they need to be taken off sheet before they are totally cooled or they will break. my family liked these on the holiday.They taste like sugar cookies,but you can also taste the chip.

1 1/2 call purpose flour sifted

1/2 ccrushed potato chips

1CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR

2ADD VANILLA EXTRACT,FLOUR,CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS I CRUSHED UP POTATO STICKS FINE IN FOOD PROCESSER.

3DROP BY 1/2 TEASPOONS ON UNGREASED METAL COOKIE SHEET

4BAKE 10 TO 12 MINUTES. I BAKED MINE UNTIL THE EDGES WERE BROWNED COOL ON SHEET 3-5 MINUTES BEFORE TRANSFERING TO RACK ENJOY!
