If these cookies don't satisfy a craving, we don't know what will. These delicious no-bake cookies will go fast in your family... if you want to share.

Ingredients For pms cookies

1 boxRitz crackers

1 jarpeanut butter

1 jarmarshmallow cream

1 pkgchocolate bark
How To Make pms cookies

1Spread peanut butter on one Ritz crackers.

2Then add marshmallow cream to another cracker.

3Sandwich both together.

4Place cookies on waxed paper and allow to harden. (I find that if you put the paper or Silpat on a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes, the cookies harden up faster!).

5Melt chocolate bark (I like Ghirardelli the best) in a microwave or double boiler.

6Dip sandwiched cookies into chocolate, covering both sides. After they harden, store in an airtight container.
