Ingredients For persimmon cookies

  • 1 c
    persimmon pulp
  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c
    raisins

How To Make persimmon cookies

  • 1
    Cream first 5 ingredients, until fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix in nuts and raisins.

    Bake 375 degrees for 10-12 min.
