1 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 cbutter, softened

How To Make peppermint spritz cookies

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.

2In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3Add the egg, milk, and extracts.

4Add the flour mixture; mix well.

5Fill a cookie press with the dough and fit it with disks.

6Press cookies onto a ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

8Cool 2 minutes on the cookie sheet, remove to a cooling rack, and cool completely.
