AKA Swedish Ginger Snaps. These cookies are roll out cookies, and while mom didn't add cutting them out with cookie cutters to her recipe, this is what I do with them before baking them. Enjoy!

How To Make pepparkuka cookies, mom's

1Cream salt, butter and sugar. Add 2 1/2 cups flour and remaining ingredients. Use remaining ingredients to roll dough out. Bake at 375 degrees 5 minutes.
