Ingredients For pecan tarts

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 stick
    margarine
  • 12 oz
    cream cheese
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    pecans, in pieces

How To Make pecan tarts

  • 1
    Cream together first 3 ingredients and pat into mini muffin pan or small tart pan.
  • 2
    Mix together remaining ingredients and put in shells. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
