My family loves these. I make them for gifts in my cookies box. But realy great any time of the year. I use freash pecans,only because we have a few trees.

2/3 cchopped pecans

1egg beaten

3/4 cbrown sugar, light

1 Tbspbutter melted

1 tspvanilla extract

1 dashsalt

1 Tbsphoney

2 boxmini fillo shells
How To Make pecan tarts

1preheat oven 350
-
2Partly fill shells with pecans on cookie sheet

3make filling with remaining ingredients

4By tsp pour over pecan shells otional-top with 1/2 pecan

5bake 18-20 min. until golden remove to cool. I don't let them cool on the cookie sheet.
