1 cbutter, softened

2 cpacked brown sugar

2eggs

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cchopped pecans

3 cself-rising flour
How To Make bea's pecan sandies

1Mix together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add in the nuts and then work in the flour.

2Shape into rolls and wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for several hours.

3Unwrap and cut into thin slices and place onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for approximately 10 minutes.

4HINT: I always line my cookie sheets with aluminum foil then spray the foil. I find this as easy clean-up.
