Ingredients For pecan pie bars

1-3/4 cflour

3/4 cbutter, softened

1/3 csugar

2/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1-1/2 cdark corn syrup

How To Make pecan pie bars

1CRUST: Combine 1-3/4 cups flour, butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat at medium speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1/3 cup pecans.

2Press crust mixture evenly onto bottom of ungreased 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes.

3Combine brown sugar, 6 tbsp. flour and salt in a large bowl; whisk until mixed. Add corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans.

4Spread evenly over hot, partially baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set.

5Cool completely. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
