Ingredients For pecan nougats

1 csoftened butter
-
1/2 csugar

2 tspvanilla extract

2 call purpose flour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 cfinely ground/chopped nuts/pecans

confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
How To Make pecan nougats

1Cream butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy.

2Add flour and vanilla, Mix well scraping down sides as needed.

3Add nuts and mix well unless incorporated. Shape into one inch balls.

4Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, but dont let them brown.

5When cool, roll in confectioner's sugar. YUMMY enjoy.
