Ingredients For pecan fingers

  • 1 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • splenda for rolling

How To Make pecan fingers

  • 1
    Cream butter, add brown sugar and blend in rest of ingredients.

    Shape into date size pieces and bake at 350 for 15 minutes roll warm cookies in sugar to finish
