Ingredients For pecan crispies

1 cbutter, unsalted, softened

2 1/2 cbrown sugar, light

2eggs, large

2 1/2 call purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 cpecans, chopped (4oz)
How To Make pecan crispies

1Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment; set aside.

2In a mixing bowl beat butter and brown sugar until light anbd fluffy, about 2 min. Add eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. Stir into butter mixture. Fold in Chopped pecans

3Spoon 1 1/2 inch balls of dough onto baking sheets and bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
