How To Make pecan balls

1Combine first five ingredients in a bowl. Mix first with spoon, then by hand to work it until it holds together.

2Shape into small balls. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.

3Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

4As soon as balls have cooled enough to handle, roll them in remaining powdered sugar.
