These cookies were fast and easy to make my family enjoyes these cookies..My husband says they taste a little like peanut brittle...So I guess these won't lasst long.

Ingredients For peanutties

1 cbutter, room temperature

1 1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 lgeggs

2 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1 csalted peanuts,whole or crushed

1 crolled oats
How To Make peanutties

1Heat oven to 375º. Light spray cookie sheets; set aside.Prepare paper bags for cooling cookies(I use the inside of my Trader Joe bags,throw away when done).

2Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and bet well. Combine flour and baking powder and add to the butter mixture. Beat well.

3Remove mixing bowl from stand and stir in the peanuts and oats by had; mixing well to blend.

4Drop from a spoon onto the prepared cookie sheets..Bake for10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets right away to the paper bag to cool.

5Cooliong time.
