How To Make peanutbutter nutella suprise cookies

  Start with the Nutella dough, sift together all the dry ingredients

  Cream together butter, Nutella, and both sugars

  Add egg and vanilla to sugar mix, stir til well blended

  Slowly add flour mix

  Scoop and roll dough into small marble size balls

  Place balls in fridge for 2 hrs

  Sift together dry ingredients for peanut butter dough

  Cream together butter, peanut butter, and both sugars

  Add egg and vanilla to sugar mix, stir til well blended

  Slowly add flour mix

  Preheat oven to 375 and remove Nutella balls from fridge
• 12

  Working quickly, roll the PB dough into aprox. 1 1/4in balls, make indentation in the center and insert nutella ball

  Gently but completely cover smaller ball with PB dough

  roll each double stuffed ball in sugar

  Place on parchement lined cookie sheet about 2-3in apart

  Gently flatten balls with the bottom of a clean glass, trying not to crack the edges

  Bake for 10-12 min

  Let cool on baking sheet for 5 min, before removing to cooling rack
