Ingredients For peanut butter quickies

3/4 call-purpose flour

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbutter
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2/3 cpeanut butter
-
1 1/2 cquick-cooking rolled oats
-
1/2 cchopped pecans
-
1/2 cflaked coconut
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make peanut butter quickies

1Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil or waxed paper. Lightly spoon flour into a measuring cup; level off. In a medium saucepan, combine flour, sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a full boil over medium-low heat. Boil vigorously for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter; blend well. Add all the remaining ingredients, stirring to blend well. Cool slightly, then drop by spoonfuls onto lined cookie sheets. Cool completely.
