Probably my second favorite cookie, coming a close second to Oatmeal, Raisin Scotchies.

Ingredients For peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies

1 cbrown sugar

1 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbutter

1/2 cshorteniing

1 cpeanut butter

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

1 1/2 cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

2 cquick oats

1 cchocolate chips
How To Make peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies

1Cream butter, shortening, sugars together. Add peanut butter and mix. Add eggs, and mix until well combined.

2In separate bowl add flour, salt, baking powder and soda together.

3Slowly add to wet ingredients and mix until well combined

4Add chocolate chips, and quick oats and stir to combine.

5Drop by teaspoons (or use cookie scoop) onto greased cookie sheet or parchment paper (much easier and cookie bottoms are prettier)

6Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and then remove wax or parchment paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
