Ingredients For peanut butter oat bran cookies

  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    egg (or two egg whites)
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    oat bran
  • 1 c
    unbleached white flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda

How To Make peanut butter oat bran cookies

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Melt margarine and combine with white and brown sugar.

    Add egg and mix well. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.

    Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well.

    Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
