Ingredients For peanut butter cup cookies

  • 1 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 stick
    butter, softnd (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter (i used creamy but any type is fine)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 30
    unwrapped mini peanut butter cups

How To Make peanut butter cup cookies

    FIRST PLACE UNWRAPPED MINI PEANUT BUTTER CUPS IN FREEZER. IN A SMALL/MED SIZE BOWL SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING SODA N SALT.

    IN A LARGE BOWL CREAM TOGETHER SOFTND BUTTER N BOTH WHITE N BROWN SUGAR N PEANUT BUTTER. BEAT IN EGG, VANILLA N MILK THEN ADD FLOUR MIXTURE N MIX WELL.

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 ROLL DOUGH INTO BALLS (ABOUT 1 1/2 - 2 ") N PLACE IN UNGREASED MINI MUFFIN PAN N BAKE FOR 8 MINUTES ...NO MORE THAN THAT!

    AFTER 8 MINUTES REMOVE PAN N IMMEDIATLEY PLACE ONE MINI PEANUT BUTTER CUP IN MIDDLE OF EACH COOKIE N LIGHTLY PRESS DOWN.....LET COOL IN PAN FOR ATLEAST 1/2 HOUR.... ENJOY :)
