Ingredients For peanut butter crunch cookies

  • 1/4 c
    light margarine, softened
  • 1/4 c
    reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    grape-nuts cereal

How To Make peanut butter crunch cookies

  • 1
    In a small mixing bowl cream the butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla.

    Combine the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in cereal.

    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes. Cool.
