My personal favorite I always enjoy making for my family and friends. Everyone always asks to have my peanut butter cookies. Use crunchy or creamy peanut butter depending on your preference.

Ingredients For peanut butter cookies

1 cbutter, unsalted

1 cpeanut butter (crunchy or creamy)

1 csugar, granulated

1 cbrown sugar, packed

2eggs

2 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 tspbaking soda
How To Make peanut butter cookies

1Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in eggs.

2In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into batter. Put batter in refrigerator for 1 hour.

3Roll into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.

4Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown. Do not over-bake.
