Ingredients For peanut butter banana brownies

  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted plus 1 tbsp.
  • 2
    medium mashed bananas
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    cocoa powder plus 1 tbsp.
  • 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter

How To Make peanut butter banana brownies

    To mashed bananas, add the sugar, 1/2 cup of butter and vanilla and whisk until combined. Add the flour, salt and cocoa powder and whisk. .

    Use the 1 tbsp. of butter to grease a 9 inch square pan. Use the remaining cocoa powder to dust every side of the pan. (optional)

    Pour batter into prepared pan. Use a spoon to add dollops of peanut butter on top of batter. Use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
