I made these with Mom in mind. She loved everything peach! These are buttery soft, like a peach pillow! You cant just stop at one!

Ingredients For peach cobbler cookies

  • 3 tsp
    melted butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    diced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 c
    peach greek yogert
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/8 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

How To Make peach cobbler cookies

  • 1
    Mix melted butter with sugar. Add yogert and vanilla and mix well. Add diced peaches. Next sift dry ingredients into wet ingredients, and just mix till incorperated.

    Drop spoonfuls on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or baking matt. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10min. Let cool for five minutes before turning onto baking racks.
