These zesty little cookies (hence the name) are perfect for dessert or an after school snack. After they've cooled, place vanilla ice cream in between two and make a sandwich. I won't tell :) (Hungry for more? Check out my blog, http://schnoodlesoup.com, for recipes, humor and a ridiculously cute dog!)
