I'm a big cookie fan. In fact, a warm cookie and a cold glass of milk is probably the best description of perfection I can think of... now add peanut butter, NIRVANA!

Ingredients For old fashion peanut butter cookies

  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c
    ap flour

How To Make old fashion peanut butter cookies

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Beat in egg to mixture. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

    Stir in salt, baking soda and flour until well combined. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and then roll in sugar.

    Place on baking sheet and flatten with fork. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
