Ingredients For oatmeal scotchies

1 1/4 call-purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

1 cbutter or margarine softened

1 2/3 cbutterscoth morsels (11 oz package)

3/4 cgranulated sugar

3/4 cpacked brown sugar
-
2large eggs
-
1 tspvanilla or grated peel of 1 orange

3 cold fashioned rolled oats
How To Make oatmeal scotchies

1Preheat over to 375. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Gratdually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats & morsels. Grease 15 x 10 inch jelly-roll pan. Spread dough into prepared pan. Bake for 18 - 22 min. or until light brown. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
