The maple glaze is so delicious on this oatmeal raisin cookie. It is a step up above the regular oatmeal cookie. I got this recipe from Steph. My family has enjoyed it so much.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
With a light maple flavor, these oatmeal raisin maple cookies have an innate homeyness and warmth that just can't be beat! It's a wonderful twist on old-fashioned oatmeal cookies. Adding banana gives the cookie a different texture and adds flavor. The cookie is tender and cake-like. The topping is what separates this from other oatmeal cookies too. The glaze is maple flavored and the perfect complement to the cookie.
