oatmeal raisin cookies with a cake mix
(3 ratings)
THIS IS A FUNNY STORY...WELL I THINK IT'S FUNNY...I HAD TO MAKE SOME COOKIES FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT CHURCH. I DECIDED ON 3 DIFFERENT CAKE MIX COOKIES. FAST AND EASY CAUSE I ONLY HAD A FEW HRS TO GET THEM DONE. THESE WERE MY LAST TO MAKE. I OPENED THE CINNAMON AND WAS GOING TO SPRINKLE IN INSTEAD OF MEASURING AND ABOUT 1/8 CUP WENT IN THE BOWL. I WAS SO AGGRAVATED, BUT LAUGHED. THEY WERE NOT COMING OUT SO I ADDED SOME REG FLOUR. I THEN REALIZED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS...I FORGOT THE OATMEAL. MY SON SAID THEY WERE SO GOOD EVEN WITHOUT THE OATMEAL AND A LITTLE TOO MUCH CINNAMON.
