I love oatmeal raisin cookies. My mother in law made some for me, from the Quaker recipe on the container. Come to find out, in going through my old recipes, I had it all along! If you want them crunchy outside and chewy inside, make bigger balls of cookies on the cookie sheet.

  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 md
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 c
    quaker oats
  • 1 c
    raisins, optional
