  • 3 lg
    egg whites
  • 1 c
    reduced fat peanut butter
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 c
    mini chocolate chips, if desired

How To Make oatmeal peanut butter cookies

    In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and brown sugar. Beat in peanut butter, applesauce, honey , and vanilla. Combine the oats, flour, milk powder, chips and baking soda; gradually add to peanut butter mixture, beating until combined.

    Drop by Tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with spray. Bake at 350^ for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
