These are very good cookies. They cook out flat so you can actually use a filling between them if you want. But I like them just the way they are.

Ingredients For oatmeal molasses cookies

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspground cinnamon

1egg, beaten well

1 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 stickbutter, melted
-
1 stickmargarine, melted
-
2 Tbspmolasses
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1 3/4 coatmeal, uncooked

3/4 craisins
-
1/2 cpecans, finely chopped
How To Make oatmeal molasses cookies

1Preheat oven to 325. Line several cookie sheets with foil and spray with Pam.

2Stir together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and set aside. Melt butter & margarine together.

3Beat egg well and add, in this order, both sugars, butter & margarine, molasses, milk and oatmeal.

4Now add to that, in this order, the flour mixture, raisins and nuts and mix well.

5Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheets & bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes.
