Ingredients For oatmeal cranberry-orange white chocolate cookies

2/3 cbutter or margarine, softened

2/3 cdark brown sugar

2 lgeggs

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tsporange extract

1 1/2 cold fashioned oats

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt

16 oz. package of craisins, dried

2/3 cwhite chocolate chips or chunks

1/4 cslivered almonds, toasted
How To Make oatmeal cranberry-orange white chocolate cookies

1Beat Butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until mixture is creamy. Add extracts and beat again.

2In another med. bowl sift together with a whisk, the flour, oatmeal, salt and baking soda.

3Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients slowly until all is incorporated. Then add the craisins, white chocolate chips and almonds. Mix through well. Preheat oven to 375º Drop dough by rounded teaspoons or a small cookie scoop. Mine is a tablespoon scoop. Bake for 10 minutes and remove.

4Can melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over cookies for a festive look. Or add red food coloring or green food coloring to melted chocolate.
