I wanted to change up my oatmeal cookies by using cranberries. Well, they sure turned out yummy! Hope that you give them a try!

Ingredients For oatmeal cranberry cookies

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tspground cinnamon

1 cbutter, softened

1 clight brown sugar, packed

1/2 csugar

2eggs
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract
-
3 coats (quick or old fashioned)

1 cdried cranberries
How To Make oatmeal cranberry cookies

1In a bowl, combine the flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.

2In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour mixture, mix well. Stir in the oats and cranberries, mix again.

3Drop by the rounded teaspoon (I used a small cookie scoop) onto ungreased cookie sheets.

4Bake at 350 degrees F for 11 to 13 minutes, until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet before cooling on rack. Enjoy!!
