oatmeal cranberry cookies

My co-worker gave me this recipe and I added a few things. They are super yummy and moist. I usually make my cookies with butter but this is very good.

Ingredients For oatmeal cranberry cookies

3/4 cbutter flavor shortening

3/4 csugar

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2eggs
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract
- DRY INGREDIENTS

1 call purpose flour

1 tspnetmeg
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 cdried cranberries
-
1 cchopped walnuts
-
2 3/4 coatmeal, uncooked
How To Make oatmeal cranberry cookies

1Preheat oven to 350

2Cream togather the shortening, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla with an electric beater until blended well.

3In a small bowl combine the flour, netmeg, cinnamon, and baking soda...slowly beat into the shortening mixture.

4Stir in by hand the oatmeal, cranberries and walnuts.

5Lightly spray your baking sheet with cooking spray ( I always use parchement paper when baking cookies) Drop about a tablespoon of mix on cookie sheets.

6Bake 10-13 minutes..or until golden brown.
