1 1/2 call-purpose flour

2 1/2 coats, uncooked

1 tspbaking soda

dashsalt

2 tspground cinnamon

1 ccraisins

1 stickbutter, softened

1/2 cshortening

1 cbrown sugar, packed

1 csugar

3.4 ozcheesecake instant pudding mix

1/2 Tbspimitation vanilla

2 lgeggs
-
1 cwalnuts, coarsely chopped
How To Make oatmeal craisin cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. In large bowl, combine flour, oats, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. Place Craisins in small bowl and cover with boiling water for about 10 minutes to soften; drain.

2In large mixing bowl, combine butter, shortening, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla beat until creamy. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually, add dry ingredients. Add drained Craisins and walnuts.

3Use a cookie scoop or drop by rounded tablespoons. Flatten slightly with fork. Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheets for 1 minute. Remove and cool completely on wire racks. Makes 4 dozen.
