Ingredients For oatmeal cookies

  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 ½ oz. dark chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ tsp. curry
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • sugar combo for the topping:
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. curry

How To Make oatmeal cookies

    reheat Oven 350 degrees: Combine all of the above in a food processor and process. Spoon the cookies on a prepared cookie sheet. Combine the sugar topping in a small bowl. Gently press the top of the cookies with the bottom of a small glass; then dip the bottom of the glass in the sugar combo and once again gently press the cookies. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until slightly golden on the edges. Gently remove cookies to a cookie rack and let cool.
