If you want gluten-free cookies, use GF oats. These are REALLY good and no one would ever know they were wheat free, 100% whole grain and lower in sugar than most cookies.

Ingredients For oatmeal chocolate chip cookies(wheat free)

1 coat flour(you can grind oats in blender or food processor to make your own)

1/2 cbrown sugar(i use sucanat)

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cplain yogurt
-
2 Tbspcoconut oil, light olive oil or grapeseed oil

1egg
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 2/3 cregular oats
-
1 cchocolate chips(or raisins, nuts or combination)
How To Make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies(wheat free)

1Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper or silicone mat.

2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and whisk well.

3Add the yogurt, oil and egg and blend. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.

4Drop onto cookie sheets and bake for 8 or nine minutes. Don't over bake...the centers should still look slightly soft.
