Ingredients For oatmeal butterscotch cookies

3/4 c(1 1/2 sticks) butter,softened

3/4 cgranulated sugar

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2eggs

1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

3 cquick cooking oats or regular rolled oats

1 2/3 c(10 oz.) butterscotch chips
How To Make oatmeal butterscotch cookies

1Heat oven to 375*

2In a large bowl,beat butter,sugars until well blended.Add eggs and vanilla;blend thoroughly. Stir together flour,baking soda,cinnamon and salt; gradually add to butter mixture,beating until well blended.Stir in oats and butterscotch chips;mix well.

3Drop by teaspoons onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly;remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.Cool completely.
