Ingredients For oatmeal butter pecan cookies

1 cbrown sugar

1 csugar

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 cbutter flavor shortening

2eggs

2 crolled oats

1 tspvanilla

2 cflour

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 cpecans, chopped

11 ozbutterscotch chips
How To Make oatmeal butter pecan cookies

1Pre-Heat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.

2Cream together sugars, butter and shortening. Add eggs, vanilla and oats.

3In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Add to oats mixture 1/3 at a time and stir well.

4Add pecans and butterscotch morsels to cookie dough and stir well.

5Form into balls and bake on cookie sheet for 10 – 12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Makes 3 dozen.
